Advertiser Code-of-Conduct


ALL advertisers featured anywhere within our network (ie. online, newsletter content, review, etc.) are subject to the following non-negotiable Terms and Conditions. This is our Advertiser Code-of-Conduct and ANY breach by the advertiser (or a representative of the advertiser) is almost guaranteed to result in immediate termination of working together. Our visitors are our lifeblood and we value their experience.

All advertisers we work with are expected to fully comply with the following Code-of-Conduct. Any breach of any term is likely to result in suspension or termination of any promotion or advertising we are running for the brand. We are as honest and straight as you'll find in our industry and we expect the same from our advertiser partners. If you do not change T&C without our agreement, settle your bills without delay and generally do not ask for/demand anything stupid then you are likely to be a good fit for how we do things. Terms & Conditions

Terms, payment and revenue structures and all aspects of our agreement(s) will remain in force without expiry or change. Only changes are permitted when confirmed in writing by both parties.

Initial Inspection/Review

ALL new brands/advertisers wanting to be considered for advertising within our network are subject to an initial inspection fee of €2500. This amount is doubled to €5000 if we are inspecting any UKGC-licensed program/brand. This is non-negotiable, non-refundable and does not guarantee any coverage/advertising. The payment to us is ONLY for our time, due diligence, background research and experience (20+ years). We do our job properly and primarily aim to ascertain if we would/can become mutually successful partners via an affiliate set-up or other revenue-based arrangement. If you are confident in the quality and conversion-ability/retention of your brand then this fee should pay for itself.

Does the fee guarantee promotion?

No. If we don't think we have the traffic or niche websites best suited to generate a positive ROI for you then we'll be honest about it - we have no intention of bleeding advertisers dry and urge honesty and fairness in all our negotiations and feedback. If we see potential to work together then we will talk about it more (we'll be in touch either way). Contact us below if interested in obtaining a review and requesting an invoice for the process.

Documentation Requests/Demands

We will immediately terminate dealings with any brand, network or company demanding or requesting personal documentation from us (ie. a personal ID theft kit). If you ask in any way for our passports, driving licences, bank statements or anything similar then you can expect a swift removal of all your advertising.

Response to enquiries

We respond to your questions promptly and we expect the same from our advertising partners. To keep in our good books and impress us, you will respond to all e-mail enquiries within no more than 48 hours. If you fail to respond to our e-mails within 7 days then we will assume you are not taking our enquiries seriously and consider this a breach of our agreement. If you are unable to fully answer our questions within 7 days then you are expected to at least acknowledge receipt of our questions and provide us with a reasonable time-frame within which we will receive a complete response (and then keep to that time-frame). If you ignore us, do not be surprised to discover your brands are no longer advertised on our websites.

Player payment and service

Just as we expect you to treat us fairly, we expect nothing less when it comes to your dealings with players. You will settle player cashouts PROMPTLY which means within days at the latest. If you hold onto players' money for weeks or months without an extremely good reason then this is considered probably the worst breach of our conditions and WILL result in reduction or removal of your advertising coverage. You will respond fully and politely to player enquiries and if any documentation is required from a player, it will be justified, non-excessive and the player will always be kept 100% informed of the situation.
