Why
America Hates Sienna
Miller
Actress
Sienna
Miller's
fame has skyrocketed in
the United States in
recent months, but for
all the wrong reasons.
And now a small but
influential group of US
gossip columnists, led
by Perez Hilton, have
launched an unofficial
hate campaign against Ms
Miller (or Princess
Skanky as Perez calls
her).
Sienna's
profile was given a
boost when she began
dating Jude Law in 2004,
and their on-off
relationship has helped
Sienna stay in the
spotlight, both in the
UK and US, where her
films have had mixed
success.
But
her early love affair
with the US media ended
abruptly when Sienna
criticised the city of
Pittsburgh in an
interview with Rolling
Stone magazine, calling
it "Sh***burgh". And she
hasn't done much of late
to endear herself to
potential fans - despite
moaning that she only
gets noticed for what
she's wearing or who
she's dating, Sienna
recently stepped out in
big bloomers with no
skirt, and was then
photographed entering
her hotel at 9am with P
Diddy, after a night out
clubbing
together.
Her
new film Factory Girl
has been slated by the
critics but should be a
hit at the box office
thanks to rumours that
Sienna and co-star
Hayden Christensen, who
are said to have dated
during filming, went all
the way during their sex
scene.
And
if that doesn't put bums
on seats, nothing will.
