Spears And Paris Hilton
Fall Out
In
one of Hollywood's
shortest-lived
friendships,
Britney
Spears
has apparently upset
Paris
Hilton
enough to earn the
nickname "Animal" from
the haughty
heiress.
"Britney
called Paris and said
she had decided not to
be seen in public with
her 'for now'," a source
told Us Weekly magazine,
apparently explaining
why the once-inseparable
twosome have not been
photographed together
since the end of
November.
After
dancing on the tables in
LA club Hyde, cruising
in the heiress' silver
sports car and sleeping
over at her LA home,
Britney apparently
decided that the bad
press she got from
hanging out with the
socialite was not worth
it.
"Britney
told Paris that it's not
personal," adds the
insider.
But
Paris appears to be
getting her revenge on
her ex-pal - most
recently making
headlines for some very
unladylike
behaviour.
The
mother-of-two was
apparently left off the
invitation list for the
25-year-old heiress's
December 18 Christmas
bash and Paris has
reportedly dubbed the
hard-partying singer the
"Animal", according to
the magazine.
"Britney
doesn't think about
things before she does
them. She just acts
out," explains the
source.
While
Britney's representative
could not be reached for
comment, Paris'
spokesman told the
magazine: "Her
friendships are her own
business."
