Kate
Moss Joins Little
Britain
Kate
Moss
has appeared in a stage
version of TV comedy hit
Little Britain in aid of
Comic Relief.
The
32-year-old donned a
blue tracksuit top and
trainers for her brief
appearance at the
Hammersmith Apollo in
west London.
Playing
opposite Matt Lucas'
character Vicky Pollard
as her sister, Katie,
she said: "The Pollard
sisters in the house -
west
country."
The
show is due to be
broadcast in March
2007.
During
the act, Vicky said:
"I'm the pretty
one."
Kate
Moss' character, Katie
added: "I'm the easy
one."
Comedian
Russell Brand also
appeared in the show
during a sketch that
involved transvestite
characters Emily, played
by David Walliams, and
Florence
(Lucas).
The
Radio 2 presenter played
a plumber who stripped
off his boiler suit to
reveal a bra, suspenders
and
stockings.
On
leaving the stage to
"rob", Vicky yelled at
the model to "lose some
weight", calling her
"fat".
The
real Dennis Waterman
appeared alongside his
fictional, miniature
counterpart of the same
name.
He
joined in to sing the
theme tune to the
television programme
Minder - a long-standing
joke which appears in
the Little Britain TV
series.
Actress
Patsy Kensit, comedy
star Dawn French, The X
Factor presenter Kate
Thornton and BBC Radio 1
DJ Chris Moyles also had
cameo roles in the stage
show.
Little
Britain made its TV
debut in 2003, after
first airing on Radio 4
two years earlier. The
programme soon became a
cult hit amongst
viewers.
